@JordyP1993 @currys I took Currys to ASA few years ago & won over misleading claims on packaging. They had to change all their packaging, in-store display materials and online advertising for the product range.. must've cost them tens of thousands of £££s & could've been easily avoided. @JordyP1993 @currys I drove in once to pick up an item (expensive) that was ready for collection. They had me waiting 45 mins while they looked for it. Couldnt find it. Told me they must have given it to someone else. Had to wait several days for a refund too as refused to just call me more ready.




@JordyP1993 @currys I once ordered a new laptop cause I needed it for studies and assignments that were due, they lost my order and didn’t receive it for months! I had to borrow a laptop for someone. Dealing with their customer service is the worst experience I’ve ever had with any company




@JordyP1993 @currys Ive been waiting since November for a refund that dpd "lost" Been chasing my tail as I still owe nearly 700 quid to their flexpay. Nearly ruined Christmas Their customer service has been useless. So good luck.



@JordyP1993 @currys @currys are awful. Bought a laptop years ago online, around £1000. A similar but less powerful laptop turned up, they said they mispriced and wouldn’t honour it as my receipt showed the sku of the laptop I received. I proved that it showed the one I actually thought I was getting
