📚🪦💀A 60YM with HTN + hyperlipidemia presented to the ED with CP for 2 days. On initial examination, BP 153/89, PR 65, RR 20
➡️A 12-lead electrocardiogram (ECG) was obtained during an episode of worsening chest pain (Figure, A).
➡️A second ECG was recorded 5 minutes later when the patient developed hypotension (Figure, B). A 32yo man is brought to the ED after his wife found him "gasping for air" and "shaking" in his sleep at 3 AM.
By the time he arrives, he is awake, alert, and annoyed. "I just had a weird dream, I am fine. Let me go home." Vitals are 120/80, HR 72, SpO2 99%. Physical exam is 10/10 perfect.
