BUSIA town is one of the worst towns in Western Kenya. Dirty, dimpled, dusty, disorganized, depressing. Nothing to write home about.

15 LESSONS: 1. Your wife is not your relative. She can betray you anytime. 2. Your father-in-law is not your FATHER; he can betray you, too. 3. Don't be emotionally attached to your children. Your wife can weaponize this attachment. 4. Once your wife leaves with the children, don't follow her. If you follow, you are desperate and a sign of ONEITIS. 5. Avoid custodial fights and court drama. They traumatize your children. Trauma that they will carry into adulthood. 6. Don't argue with your father-in-law. Most boomers are church-bred cucks who worship their wives and, in extension, their daughters. If he says NO, leave in silence. 7. Don't be a talkative boy in front of your wife's parents. In fact, avoid them. If they want a meeting, send your uncles and cousins. 8. In the event of a spousal conflict, don't go to your wife's home. Let them come to you. This way, you will have leverage in negotiations during the conflict. Don't go there. Refuse. 9. If your wife clings to the children, well and good. Leave them to her. Support where necessary, but stay away from her. 10. You know yourself. It is better to be called a "DEAD BEAT" than to be BEATEN to DEATH. 11. Lift weights and eat meat. Don't be thin and slender. Appear strong and dangerous. 12. If you make your wife the centre of your universe, you will lose yourself and also lose her. 13. If you refuse to listen, you will suffer the consequences of your ignorance and blue-pilled conditioning. 14. Amerix is NOT a content creator. He is NOT an influencer. 15. CHANGE or PERISH

Schools used to have debates every Wednesday during club meetings: "Rural life is better than urban life." "Day schools are better than boarding schools." "The government is better than the opposition." "Mr Speaker, Sir, I urge my opponents to cross the floor." These debates were simulating parliamentary debates. This taught students, • Public speaking skills. • Communication skills. • Negotiation skills. • Critical thinking skills. In addition, these school debates, coupled with the GHC subject, were a form of civic education. But the education system destroyed these activities because it created students who were politically conscious and enlightened. The system wants you to remain ignorant so that it can control you. Bring the school debates back!

Schools took physical activities seriously. PE lessons were mandatory. Schools gymnastics competitions were mandatory for all schools. Monday, Wednesday and Friday were evenings of a mandatory cross-country run. Nowadays, children are sedentary, fat and physically sick.

No. I don't advise President Ruto. He just reads my posts and picks the ones that will suit his savage rebuttals. I don't even know what the gates of State House look like.

As it stands now, there is no candidate who can defeat him. The governor's seat is political, and the one who can convince the masses will sit on it.

I eavesdropped on a conversation of motorcycle riders packed next to an I&M branch. "This is the World Bank that Ruto said he will bring to us." "It is now easier for our governor to get a loan for roads & hospitals instead of going to America to borrow." These are voters!
