@get_aspora the worst customer service experience ever. Your chat service is of no use. It takes hours to get connected and then your agent says he is checking and disappears for 30-40 mins. The app says the transaction is failed but no update or response on refund.

@Flipkart @flipkartsupport worst response service ever faced by any e-commerce service provider. you guys send us the wrong product and when raised a return request they cancel it for no reason. Refer the pictures of the product i ordered and the one i received.

@duCares Everytime same reply no resolution. Its been more than 25 days now. @gulf_news @khaleejtimes @DXBMediaOffice I think everyone should know the poor response from DU team. Worst part and no one at DU is even concerned of contacting me till date to find out what happened.

You customer care promised me with an hour or two i will get call back around 4-5 hours ago. I always hear same thing “WE WILL UPDATE orGET BACK” and never hear back till I again call to follow up.
