@get_aspora please don’t make promises when you can’t address them, my transfer taking more than 2 days, and again ETA changed? If you can’t make it the transfer by at least ETA you gave initially should be rollback, so at least I can look for other options.

@get_aspora I made a money transfer on 28th Feb which failed and the money was returned on 3rd March. Again on 3rd I requested transfer and they money is stuck. Since I have experienced this in past as well, I will request all NRI not to use aspora. Transaction ID: UK14S9JD4N00

@get_aspora the worst customer service experience ever. Your chat service is of no use. It takes hours to get connected and then your agent says he is checking and disappears for 30-40 mins. The app says the transaction is failed but no update or response on refund.
