06/09/2026 💹🧲 My lovely Aeons!!!! The date I’ve been working so hard towards is here. Today I stepped on the scale at 188.2 lbs. I started this whole journey, September 15 2025 at 241.2lb I’ve lost 53 total pounds. I didn’t reach the 69 pound goal. However, I am extremely happy with where this transformation has taken me. Tbh the process was a lot harder than I imagined specially the second half of it. I’m grateful for each and every one of you for being alone for the ride. This is really only the beginning. I feel that over the last 9 months I’ve been able to establish healthy habits that I can continue doing for life. And that is the plan.
