Elliot Anderson. What a performance from this brilliant midfielder. Hugo Viana needs to pay Evangelos what he wants and secure him at the Etihad. We genuinely need him. Tidy, crisp passer of the ball. Visionary. Ball-winner. Brilliant ball-carrier. Glides through pressure with balance and control. He's the exact physical profile we've been crying out for. Dropped between the centre-backs to aid build-up, progressed the ball in the second phase, and even got into the third phase a few times to win second balls.
