Have you heard of Goonfi? It’s a propAMM on @solana that just lost $250,000 today. The protocol experienced a technical issue that caused the price of the USDC/WSOL pair to drop, allowing searchers to exploit this price difference. PropAMMs allow for a much smaller spread but introduce new challenges for protocols that require updates close to every block... It only takes one mistake to lose everything on the blockchain.
