What should’ve been a joyful celebration for our father’s retirement turned stressful because of @SamsClub Bakery. Horrible quality, rude manager, and they initially refused to fix it—saying “all our picture cakes bubble.” Unacceptable. We’ll be going to Publix next time.

@SamsClub Is this the level of quality you typically provide to your bakery customers? We had to push just to get a remake of this cake—something your manager had approved and sent out for pick up…this mess. This experience was unacceptable (Savannah, GA location).
