@GWRHelp if an event has been cancelled due to COVID-19, am I able to get a refund on an advance booking train ticket?

@GWRHelp Thank you Andy, I thought as much, but good to know they can be moved. Are we limited only to move it up to 12 weeks in advance? And do I need to call the contactcenter to arrange it?
