This NEAR x AI discussion is useful because it focuses on the execution layer, not just the narrative. For trading automation, that same idea matters: bots should translate market structure into clear grid/DCA rules, risk boundaries, and transparent on-chain execution. @NEARProtocol

Here’s a concise version with the same meaning: Still in beta—new users get $100 in credits. Smooth workflow, clear pricing. If you’re building AI on traditional clouds, see what efficiency and savings you might be missing. dashboard.oncompute.ai docs.oncompute.ai

Hot take: Most AI builders aren’t being held back by weak models. AWS H200 → $4.33/hr Google Cloud → $3.72/hr @oncompute → $2.16/hr Same GPU. Roughly half the cost. Honestly, the pricing advantage is probably the least interesting thing about what they’re building.

The problem is people compare the ai workflow with a fantasy that doesn’t exist. It is basically the default for old large software projects that no one is around that really understands them. Usually they just have been extended over the years that no clear architecture is recognizable anymore even if you try to understand it. And yet the software is used in production for many many years. With ai will we are in the same spot. Best what we can do is have a lot of tests and some other ai agent that check.

@ZackKorman 2. The people can then use the AI and increase their productivity by several times. I know, because I use it all day long every day. AI is an amazing tool. I'm building a new business with it. I'm actually vibe coding my own software to speed up my workflow. It's amazing stuff.

Onboarding shouldn't be weeks of slide decks and corporate red tape. The best teams drop you into prod on day three, unblock you, and expect movement. When building in public is the culture, your learning velocity scales to infinity
Carlton Aikins@31Carlton7

just wrapped up my first week at @vercel and @aisdk initial thoughts: - pace is insane. onboarding was only two days then they get us working in prod codebase immediately after - you don’t wait for permission, people pull you in, unblock you, and expect movement - working/building in public is part of the culture learned so much in a short span, and took on great skills and techniques that i’ve already implemented in my projects (like @stora_sh) looking forward to a great summer with this team!!

Spark still has certain issues to get widely adopted. I think the top 3 are Installer: the CLI installer surface is too technical for most users; this is the problem with most other popular personal agents, too. Bringing a desktop app to fix this. Harness: this is the core source of bugs. At the beginning, we had fewer surfaces, which meant that words coupled with intent to trigger Spark-specific actions were ok, but now they are a problem. Bringing an Intent Layer that will work as a harness to eliminate certain words hijacking convos, which will bring a much more polished experience. Content: I just couldn't do a great job creating content over the last 2 weeks, partly because TGE and fixes took up too much of my time. It's time to focus on this and build the right systems so I'm not alone in this. This week, let's start to get these right!

@osanseviero @8hmVmEGJ6nFyUE5 I don't want to think about Web UI, want to think a app logic. Qwen knows Web UI well, Gemma doesn't know, I also doesn't know. I don't want to write a granular prompt about how to desing Web UI, how to use dev tools. I want AI to know about them.
