Paid $100 for Claude Max 5x, forgot to turn off my VPN, used it for ~30 minutes, then got logged out and hit with a “your account was suspended” email.
Already submitted an appeal.
For people who’ve dealt with this:
Does Anthropic actually reverse these suspensions?
Do they issue refunds?
How long do appeals usually take?
Because paying $100 for 30 minutes of access is brutal.

@theo Anyone still using headless mode calls (-p or --print) in scripts on a max plan are getting the chopping block - API only. They had me too for a haiku call responding "yes" or "no" on a custom claude startup script.

We've seen a small number of reports of Anthropic banning T3 Code users without warning. My contacts at Anthropic believe this is likely in error.
We are actively investigating. We have not been able to replicate the bans on our end despite using Claude Code heavily in T3 Code. We take every report like this very seriously and hope to have answers soon.

@Tech_girlll Pre-hook tools: block_env_access.py - include every kind of bash command work around Claude can think of and block them all. I personally allow other files like .env.example or .env.dev and make sure they match but all keys are redacted.

I really think a lot of these are being triggered by what was previously allowed on max plans - headless calls (-p or --print), now these commands can only be called via the API or you're in breach. I think they should have been more explicit about a change like this - it only affects the smartest users who are actually building like crazy only using anthropic products, no 3rd party harnesses required for this breach.

Si querés apelar la medida hay que completar un Google Form, así de ridículo como suena.
De golpe más de 60 personas se quedaron sin una herramienta fundamental para trabajar. Integraciones, skills, historial de conversaciones: todo perdido o, en el mejor de los casos, parado por tiempo indeterminado.
Enorme aprendizaje para cualquier empresa de software que dependa de herramientas de IA en procesos críticos. Nunca hay que poner todos los huevos en una canasta.

@abhi2601k @noahzweben A lot of 20x users don't use the usage allowed on 5x, they just don't check their usage, they pay full price because they don't want to miss any features, some downgrade once they realise they've been over paying for nothing extra. Throw routines on top, more will notice.
