There is a bigger issue here. In order for a relationship to work despite current odds is for each person to put the other first. In this case a house is something that generally is reflective of the wife. She cooks. She cleans. She decorates. He was wrong to buy something without her agreeing to it. What is weird though is that he could even do that. If they are married legally in most states she would also have to sign. So I think this is fake.
