As per a Jan 21, 2021 report and one day after Biden’s inauguration: 🔹First, Rodney was an interviewee for the National Security Council Tasking and Working Group. Created by the President’s National Infrastructure Advisory Council. Where they created an action plan. *The action plan was posted one day after the inauguration. 🔹Secondly, Rodney Joffe was a member of the National Security Telecommunications Advisory Committee. This ran under DHS CISA which contributes to election security. *When did this begin? Because the action plan that he advised on was ready to go day one. Food for thought… Transition teams start before Election Day even starts.
