Yesterday marked the end of grief awareness week 🧡 a time to reflect and support those experiencing loss Today in a cruel and ironic way, we said goodbye to our dear Gemma. An emotional, shocking day. None of us can quite believe it 💚 Hug those you love, tell them they matter

When you get news that’s so utterly tragic, you can’t believe it to be true. Then you go to bed and the night daemons change the facts of the story as sort of a terrifying dream and you wake up even more distraught to the point of crying. Absolutely no words 💚
