🚨 School Record Alert 🚨 Congratulations to the 4x800 team of Griffin Stoltz, Logan Gallaher, Hudson Meixner and Sawyer Meinders for breaking the 16 year old school record. Their time of 8:09.43 broke the previous mark of 8:09.53 set back in  2010.

After a fantastic week of @IGHSAU basketball on @YouTube and @IowaPBS, what an awful experience it is in contrast having to pay the horrible @Watch_IHSSN just to view in 720p, because @IHSAA can't figure out the right way to stream and present this content. Right, @MurphyKeith ?

Every season our teams rely on next generation runners to step into new roles. These 2 sophomores (among others) committed to summer training. In a season Griffin Stoltz dropped from 19:30 to 18:01.3 and Will Vanden Bosch dropped from 19:38.43 to 18:01.5. Side by side all year.
