@Purpoll620 You are being obtuse on purpose. I supported this show, they then decided that the very finale will be for a very limited part of their audience, this was because of money (aka greed), i am getting the finale ruined because of this.

@diwatangamihan @adofou @MagusSerling They expected their fanbase to act like mindless consumers that never ever critic anything they do? Because that is the sensation i get when GLITCH defenders get on any criticism toward them.

@adofou @MagusSerling they probably expected teir fambase to be better than entirled little children, but oh well. I feel so sorry for them, having to deal with literal infants who don't understand anything beyond getting what they want the minutes they want it.

I feel like the indie animation discourse has boiled down to two camps and it's worrying: People who understand the pitfalls, and obstacles of animating at a level that competes with professional studios, and people who want them to stay in their lane to stay cheap as free.

Boycotting Glitch wont do anything but hurt the indie sphere. If TADC fails a theater run, then what would that do to the other indie shows that wants to have a theater release? Stop being so entitled and just suck it up. You can avoid spoilers, you can wait a week.

@EMositeCC I will stand 10 toes on the fact that releasing it in theaters 2 weeks earlier is a horrible idea because of how easily it will get spoiled. Financially, it was a great decision, practically pressuring fans into watching it to avoid spoilers.

I’m surprised at how out of touch with the real world kids are these days. I’m not even saying that to be mean. Kids are so online they don’t know how theaters work. 😭 Theaters have always had something called a “theatrical window” before home releases.

TADC fandom’s outrage was so bad that Glitch had to come out and issue a statement justifying something that should be praised by everyone as a remarkable achievement that could change the animation industry for the better 😭
