If the #Metcalf Metcalf's start a Civil suit that means they would have to enter on discovery ND answer all of Karmelo's questions and provide proof he is lying.
Guessing they won't do that because both Auustin and Hunter's school records come into play.
Plus any admission that they jumped Karmelo that day, and they did, would be used to exonerate him, and then he can turn around and sue them civilly.

One of the men from the viral standoff outside the Karmelo Anthony murder trial has been arrested.
Jerome Winston Parker has been taken into custody on an outstanding warrant for alleged unlawful carrying of a weapon, according to the Collin County Sheriff's Office.
Police say the charge stems from an alleged incident in the courthouse parking lot during trial-related activities on June 6. He remains in custody on a $1,000 bond.
