.@TfL: Took black cab #38523 @ 11:01 p.m. on Mon, Nov 25, LHR to nearby hotel (3 mi away). Driver asked about other forms of transport we used, we informed him that it included an app. He called us "parasites" & blamed us for destroying his industry. Harassed us & told us (1/3)
