Lots of reasonable replies. All I know is during Covid every theater in area went out business. We went without any for a while until some small company scooped them up and renovated. I am so glad to have an imax theater back that I’m ok with getting charged a lot. I understand that if they don’t, they won’t survive. I don’t want to have to drive 2 hours to go see the newest Nolan movie in IMAX. Yeah it’s expensive, but a movie theater is expensive to run.

@stepfanie If you spend $50 on tickets, the movie theater maybe makes 5-10$ at most. If you spend $50 on snacks, they make like 40-45$. Im ok with this, I only go a few times a year at most and tons of theaters have gone out of business

I wonder how to fix the last part of customer support I still get and can't automate:
Customer buys 5,000 credits for $350
Then messages me: "I signed up for $99/mo but it charged me $99 and then $350"

% of people either just lie or they have memory loss
Then they chargeback and I can't win ever anyway
I could make some thing to add a refund if your credits aren't used yet though that might solve it?
