Fascism is the far right on the socialist/collectivist spectrum. That ideology minimizes the individual in favor of the collective. The left vs. the right on that spectrum is based on how little property rights exist. Communism = no private property. Fascism = some private but must be for the benefit of the collective. All points on this spectrum are autocracies. None of this exists in the Western World... none of it! There is a reason why both sides in the Western World use communism and fascism as insults because we all agree they are horrible! Please level up the discourse.

Oh lord. You are responding to retail speculative and slanted news. Go deeper. After the Patriot Act was signed the very next president started a mass surveillance campaign. So I am in agreement that mass surveilling is bad. War? If you do not think Iran was a threat then I could see why you are upset. And if you're suggesting isolationism, well I am sympathetic to the idea. There is only unrest on one side of the aisle. I haven't heard of any new poisoning of the air water and food, actually sounds like RFK is helping with the food. Rhetoric? Trump is by far the most entertaining president of our lifetime. Let's take the small wins. I have not heard about the robot teaching but I love the idea of bespoke Education delivered through AI for each individual child (definitely possible now or very soon). Everybody learns differently. One size fits all, has clearly not been working and National test scores are and have been declining. Something is broken and needs to be fixed. Break the hold teacher's unions have on the country. It has been a failure. What is your take on all of the government fraud? The enabling of private sector fraud through government programs? That fraud undermines the entire effort to solve some of these societal problems. I can't believe it isn't a concern with all of the country.

@goodstructure @Mamaruns @jrrosenb Where to start? You’re fond of the guy who’s mass surveilling, started war, creating unprecedented unrest, poisoning our air, water, and food supplies… Never mind that I was simply suggesting you acknowledge his rhetoric is insane. Did you see Melania’s plan for robot teachers?

@overton_news When Minnesotan's were told that thousands of Somalis were settling there did they think they were just a bunch of wine experts? How else could this have happened?

President Trump pauses his address to farmers — mid sentence — to GO OFF on Tim Walz and Somali fraudsters in Minnesota. He vows to TAKE BACK the state from SOMALIA. TRUMP: “From Texas to Kansas, from Iowa to Idaho and from Minnesota...did I hear Minnesota?” “How is Minnesota doing? What’s going on?” “What’s going on in Minnesota with that CRAZY governor, that CROOKED, corrupt governor?” “How about the attorney general, do you think he’s a dirty cop?” “Do you think he’s a dirty cop?” “All right, we’ll get Minnesota back. We’ll take it back from Somalia.” [Laughter] “Do you believe these people, from Somalia…they have nothing…they come…Somalia’s considered the worst country. It’s not even a country.” “Like the worst country in the world. The WORST.” “They come over here and they still steal $19 BILLION.” “We’ll get it straightened out. It’s happening. Our vice president is in charge of a new division. It’s called the fraud division.” “You know, if we straighten out half the fraud that took place in this country over the years, we’d have not only a balanced budget, we’d have a big surplus.”

I guess in this case all it took was for Trump to threaten to fund the TSA via emergency. Now all the grandstanding and Wishful Thinking has disappeared. On to the House. U.S. Senate passed a bill to fund most of the Department of Homeland Security (DHS), including the Transportation Security Administration (TSA), but excluded funding for Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) and parts of Customs and Border Protection (CBP). The legislation was approved by a unanimous voice vote in the early hours of Friday, March 27, 2026, after weeks of deadlock, aiming to end a partial shutdown that had left TSA workers without pay and caused major airport delays.

Is “Shadow Banking”the New 2008? Defaults are spreading — and funds are locking — in the $1.8 trillion private credit industry, where asset managers lend directly to companies. Turns out they gambled with pension money and figure you’ll bail them out.

A hill I'm willing to die on: Sourdough bread is the BEST bread on the planet. It's easier to digest because the fermentation process breaks down gluten and makes it easier on your stomach. It has a lower glycemic index so it won't spike your blood sugar as much as other breads. It's nutrient-dense af giving you B vitamins, minerals (like iron and magnesium), and antioxidants. It contains natural preservatives that help your bread last longer. Most importantly, it has the BEST flavor and texture. Tangy taste and perfect crust. Chefs kiss. Once you go sourdough bread you don't go back.

Well since you ask... Yes and yes. Didn't even vote for him 2016 (Johnson). I agree with most of his policies for sure however I am much more motivated to vote against Democrats than for Republicans. Wokeism / Neo Marxism has to be destroyed so we can get back to real debates. The only way that can happen is for the Democrat Party to lose over and over for multiple years. They need to purge the Chinese influence in their party. Any inkling of eroding private property rights must be squashed (Trump is coming close to violating this one). And lastly fake journalism must end. We are individuals with individual rights. The leftist media wants you to think of every person as part of a group and not as an individual. Those are the seeds of collectivism. Collectivism in all of its forms whether it's communism or fascism does not end well for the individual.

@Save_your_wifi @dradydrady @jrrosenb It was rhetorical dingus. Obviously those were not clean bills. The minority party is trying to control the majority. The tail does not Wag the Dog anymore. Now Trump says he's going to fund the TSA and in less than 24 hours a Bill gets passed. See how that works?

@rebeinstein @Mamaruns @jrrosenb Ugh. You'd be a lot happier Rebecca if you just sought the truth and analyzed policies instead of thinking about politics like it's a sport. "I'm part of the D team and that means I hate the R team". It's just boring. Strive to be better than that.

Yet again, @realDonaldTrump is forced to clean up the mess the Democrats continue to make in trying to make everything harder for the people of this nation. He will be using his Presidential authority to pay the hard working men and women of the TSA even though Democrats want to bankrupt them and make them work for free.

You don't have one because it isn't true. Only the TSA are doing the TSA jobs. Ice was brought in to do lower level security jobs to free up as many trained people to do the TSA specific jobs. So they're standing by doors and doing General Security work. So of course it is useful and helpful. You're like a couple of kids. Grow up
