@BullCrys @graymicrolab @MotherOfPhage @CommichauM We also use wooden sticks, almost like for small meat skewers. Often more stable, also more convenient to use because no need to wait to cool. But the scratching can be worse for people new to streaking.

@BullCrys @MotherOfPhage @CommichauM Sure. They’re more precise, and it’s faster, since you don’t have to flame something between every step. The more often you autoclave toothpicks, the smoother they get
