@brianjohnspencr As a sub teacher, I’ve taught in West Belfast numerous times over the past few years. My take away (particularly from the catholic schools) is that the children there are more focused, better behaved and hard working than many of the Protestant schools I’ve taught in.

@TheTinMenBlog Last year I was asked by a primary head teacher if I’d be interested in applying for a lead member of staff in a nursery. Due to other work commitments I couldn’t. I’ve worked in nurseries before. It was tiring work but so much fun.

This is one of the most moronic things I’ve heard. Ignoring how most child abuse, and infanticide is by women, the dangers of not having men play a role in the socialisation of kids, and the wider impacts of these anti male views, is far larger than your barmy man hating fetish.

Amorim stood on the Ipswich pitch after his very first game and said it would be easier to play a back 4 and that we’d win more games short term by doing what these players were comfortable doing. But it was never going to win us titles and that wasn’t what he was hired to do.

Amorim was trying to coach us to play a different style for the long term. Carrick is not doing anything for the long term, he’s doing what he knows these players are comfortable with for the best possible short term results. It takes barely above room temperature IQ to grasp.
