At the center of this system is the optic chiasm, where information from each eye is split and rerouted to both sides of the brain. This crossing is crucial because it allows the brain to combine slightly different images from each eye, a process known as binocular integration, which is the foundation of depth perception and 3D vision.

Let me explain in layman terms what’s actually going on here. This mind-bending phenomenon is called Hemispatial Neglect. Here are 5 quick facts about what's happening: 1. Not an eyesight issue: Their eyes work perfectly. It’s a glitch in the brain’s attention network, not a vision problem. 2. Half the world vanishes: The left side of space literally ceases to exist. The brain just stops rendering that half of reality. 3. They don't know it's missing: Because they have zero awareness the left side is gone, they don't even try to turn their head to look for it. 4. The cause: Usually a right-sided brain stroke. Damage to the right parietal lobe destroys their 3D spatial map. 5. Real-life impact: They might only eat food on the right half of a plate, or only put clothes on the right half of their body! If you found this interesting, FOLLOW ME for more posts like this.

Sci-Hub is an evil website that pirated 85M+ research papers and made them freely available And now they've added AI to their database to make Sci-Bot. It answers your questions using latest, full-text articles. But DO NOT use it. We should all try to make billion-dollar academic publishers richer. I'm putting the link below so you know how to avoid it.

So here is new local privilege escalation zero-day I discovered, not patched yet too :). In simple terms, if you have a service like RDP that exposes an RPC server, there many system services running as SYSTEM connect to it as RPC clients. If that service is turned off (RDP is off by default), it seems that any other process in Windows can expose the same RPC server using the same endpoint. Now all the RPC calls from that SYSTEM processes will come to this fake server and If the process that deployed the server has SeImpersonatePrivilege, it can escalate to SYSTEM by impersonate the RPC client. In the white paper below, I describe five exploit paths you can abuse. However it's architecture problem and maybe there are more. It's Not A Potato securelist.com/phantomrpc-rpc…

Fyi. Im still looking for work. CVEs are below (Dont report bugs anymore after what happened in 2023 at msft). Cant travel to the US. Prefer fulltime or contract work but worst case, a buyer for my work at competitive pricing would be great too. big_polar_bear1@proton.me
