@puke0al u should eat the same as ur TDEE or a bit little less, but be really careful about refeeding. maybe up ur intake slowly each week. try structuring ur meals so they’re regular and balanced to help with b/p? I’m not sure but that might help idk

yall if i'm still losing w around 1200-600 c how can ik my maintenance ? i feel like if i up my intake i'll gain :( or should i decrease my steps ? idk how i'm going to do it bc i would feel fat asf. my dietician said i should just eat when i'm hungry but it always ends up in b/p
