Step outside of the narratives. Turn off the noise. Sit with a blank page for hours. Breathe, but actually breathe. Watch the clouds drift, water flow. Feel the air on your skin. Notice the world move without you. The earth still spins. The days come then go. Your need to rush only stalls. Your need for more ensures you're unfulfilled. All is found now, in Christ alone, whose spirit sanctifies the soul

Your brain fires dopamine at ~2ng/mL baseline… Porn spikes it to 1,500 Cocaine, 1,200 Alcohol, 300 Short form video, 200 Fast food, 150 Stack these up over 5-10 years. It’s obvious why “normal” feels so doom and gloom; And living properly feels like withdrawal. You need to understand dopamine isn’t about pleasure; It’s the molecule of wanting more. Every cheap hit makes your receptors fire harder for less reward. By 30, most people in this generation have the reward sensitivity of an addict… Your phone triggers a dopamine release every 6 seconds you hold it; Same pathway as addictive substances. Same downregulation curve. The only difference is you have no one telling you that you’re using… Please: If you’re not working. Take every opportunity you get to walk outside, get some sun, or go do something with real people… How much more of your life are you willing to lose to counterproductive habits? Same you, but fastr.

Opening up about my chronic health issues Over the past couple months, I've been vague-posting about complex chronic illness and getting lots of questions about what's going on, so here's a full rundown For about a decade at this point, my life has been a constant see-saw between feeling normal/healthy and feeling as though I have, for lack of a better term, the flu. Whole body hurts. Energy is terrible. Crazy brain fog. The whole nine yards. The tricky part is, every day when I wake up, I don't know which one I'm going to get. Some days or sometimes for entire weeks, I feel great (or probably what most people would consider "normal") but there is always, inevitably, a morning where I wake up in hell again This vicious cycle started the first time I got mono or EBV when I was a teenager. I went to countless doctors and told them that I felt like something was "off" But was never able to get any actual help The feeling kept subsiding and coming back for years, and eventually I just gave up on the prospect of ever being better and decided I was going to have to live with this for the rest of my life (I never talk about this due to the fact that it seems to have no fix, so probably even my closest friends will be shocked while reading this) Recently, though, I've begun pursuing solutions again. After spending tens of thousands of dollars on tests in different doctors, I have discovered a few facts. If anyone out there has been experiencing similar things, I hope that these can point you in the right direction One, I have some Lyme-disease "adjacent" tick-borne illnesses. Two, these tick-borne illnesses have been constantly reactivating a variety of chronic illnesses in my body, including but not limited to mono, COVID, parvovirus, and others. My immune system has been constantly firing for over a decade, which leads to a lot of not-so-fun effects. Three, it is worsened by poor sleep and stress, both of which are major parts of my life (partially due to the condition itself, ironically.) Four, I may or may not ever be able to solve this situation. What's ironic about all of this is that over the last decade of dealing with this, I've built an audience of almost 1M followers while displaying a life that looks, in many ways, ideal. I don't think anyone who follows me would guess that I deal with complex illness. The truth that I will reveal to those of you have decided to read this far is that during at least half(?) of the journey you've seen documented online, I have been miserable. It's very tough to feel entirely out of control of your own health. Every day I walk past people eating at restaurants & think to myself how nice it would be to be able to go enjoy a nice dinner without feeling like shit & dealing with the cascade of exhaustion/aches/malaise that follows any days where I do a "regular" or "large" amount of stuff ("stuff" can be working, going out, etc) Things that I used to enjoy are no longer enjoyable at all. Again - I am very high functioning. I often work 10+ hours per day. I travel all the time. I make shit happen and have built, on paper, the life of my dreams. I'm simply bitter that my lived experience while doing these things is often very poor. I have gone to very, very dark mental places on this journey. On the flip side, one positive that comes from this kind of chronic illness is the fact that it makes you TRULY appreciate the good days. On days when I feel a regular level of energy, no brain fog, and what I would consider an "average lived experience, I experience in IMMENSE level of appreciation. The fleeting moments of normalcy make me feel a child-like level of joy, but also a great sense of melancholy, because I know that when I wake up the next day, I'll likely feel quite awful. If I'm being honest, I do not know if I will ever "cure" this or be back to normal. I would also be lying if I said I haven't grown increasingly bitter about life. I often look at what I've been able to accomplish while operating at 50% capacity and feel envy for my peers who feel well every day. Then I remember that there are people who feel awful every day, who die before reaching the age of ten, who get diagnosed with terminal cancer while expecting their first child, and who generally have a MUCH worse life than me, and I remember to be grateful. I'm also happy to share that in the midst of this experience, I sought and found God. Anyway - I'm still trying various treatments. If anyone is curious or cares, I will update you guys on how they go. I hope you are happy and in good health.

Extended excess cortisol is so bad for your body Didn't believe it - but been stressed out about a real estate transaction for about a month Had bad sleep a few nights Now I'm sick with the chills and cold sweats (never happens unless it's winter) I think it all leads back to the stress Whoever said that was right

If you sat down to do an honest, undistracted, and accurate appraisal of your life: what your dreams were, your current trajectory, where you actually are right now Many of you would panic. The most necessary panic of your entire life. You'd finally have no choice but to act.

Some personal observations. Everyone is generally friendly and open to conversation. Clean and well maintained public spaces. Occasional homeless sighting but rare. Zero mental illness on the subway. Didn’t see any pickpocket type stuff and felt completely safe walking at night Talked to a handful of everyday people too. Both transplants and natives, 20’s and 30’s working in retail, cafes, etc. Pleasantly fascinated by how positively they all spoke about their lives. Said they were paying ~$1k for a 1br apartment, up to $1.5k in the more posh and central areas. Despite the relatively lower salaries, common sentiment was “I love it here” and you could tell it was genuine Honestly such a life changing trip. Every stereotype turned out to be untrue. Definitely my new favorite European city by a mile and will surely be back often. Can’t wait to get home to NYC and continue the adventure Final comments. Boulangeries are top 3 greatest inventions of all time. Bastille is the best neighborhood to stay in. No tipping culture will be desperately missed. Hot people exude an entirely different aura here. You can just drink wine with friends outside of a tiny Le Marais bistro with Tame Impala’s End of Summer adorning the scene during a random weekday evening in the permanent underclass and nothing bad will happen

In Paris right now and wow this place is unreal. Every corner of the city feels alive at what seems to be all hours of the day. Genuinely hard to find a glaring flaw. Huge fan would be an understatement

Gave up alcohol for Lent, noticed the exact some thing! Can’t really justify drinkng if I’m trying to do my best at anything tbh. I live in Wisconsin too which is one of the most drunk states so it’s socially so ingrained everywhere God showed me so much through quitting alcohol it’s been a blessing for sure

been alcohol free for a month and recently ive began to notice some super interesting effects. at first it was really boring and nothing really changed at all. slowly i got (maybe?) better sleep but the real improvements came after ~week 3. suddenly i started feeling extremely sharp at work. i started feeling like i could do anything, almost like my mind found a high gear that was gone for a while. as of today im so focused (when i need to be) and so relaxed (when i want to be) that im definitely never going back. btw i was never a heavy drinker which was one of the reasons i never though quitting would do anything. i highly recommend everyone try it out (3 months min).

Friends, stop drinking alcohol. Not cut back. Eliminate. > alcohol increases cortisol > disrupts REM sleep > accelerates epigenetic aging > shrinks hippocampal volume > elevates resting heart rate > raises inflammatory markers > impairs glucose metabolism for 16 hrs One drink does that.

Can we truly start our lives over again? Yes! The Lord’s response, so full of love, fills our hearts with hope. No matter how weighed down we are by pain or sin: the crucified One carries all these burdens with us and for us. No matter how discouraged we are by our own weaknesses: it is precisely then that God manifests His strength, the God who has raised Christ from the dead in order to give life to the world. Each one of us can experience the freedom of new life that comes from faith in the Redeemer. #ApostolicJourney #Algeria vatican.va/content/leo-xi…

Those who pray are aware of their own limitations; they do not kill or threaten with death. Instead, death enslaves those who have turned their backs on the living God, turning themselves and their own power into a mute, blind and deaf idol (Ps 115:4–8), to which they sacrifice every value, demanding that the whole world bend its knee. Enough of the idolatry of self and money! Enough of the display of power! Enough of war! True strength is shown in serving life. #Peace

Clawdbot + Kling = 550 videos/day. No creators. No inventory. No delays. Just nonstop TikTok Shop content printing sales 24/7. Here’s what’s wild: One prompt → 500+ cinematic, ready-to-post ads. The system: → AI creates a full UGC persona (face, voice, personality) → Arcads generates human-like voiceovers instantly → CapCut auto-edits hooks, captions, pacing → Phone farm distributes videos directly to TikTok Shop → Cruva finds winning hooks before you even create content Result? 100+ hooks tested in days — not weeks. While others spend $5K testing 10 videos… This system finds winners and scales them automatically. AI isn’t just a tool anymore. It’s your entire creative team. TikTok doesn’t reward perfection. It rewards volume + conversion. And the brands posting the most? They win. Agencies are slow. Creators are unreliable. Automation is the edge in 2026. Want the full system? Comment “SYSTEM” and I’ll send everything — prompts, tools, workflow. (Follow first so you don’t miss it.)
