@counterscottGO @KyleKulinski For all the reactionaries in the comments. I was pointing out the insane comparison made in the Oklahoman of the thunder and Israel. I was just taking that insane comparison a little farther. That’s all.
English

@counterscottGO @KyleKulinski I was thinking, if OKC was Israel, then the Spurs are the Palestinians. And Wemby is Hamas.

@_transgengar @ezembles @counterscottGO @KyleKulinski I’m not imposing anything on anything you reactionary idiot. I’m making a joke about an insane comparison. That’s all.

@ityslive @ezembles @counterscottGO @KyleKulinski That op ed was doing the same shit as the post above – a writer projecting their own politics onto their favorite team, which is a stupid thing to do no matter what – just from the inverse perspective.
English

@luxejava22 Just because you don’t get a reference, doesn’t mean it’s not relevant. Calm yourself.
English

It was an analogy presented by a, since deleted, op Ed in the OKC paper, comparing the thunder to Israel. I was just completing the analogy presented. I am, in no fucking way, diminishing the ongoing genocides of the Palestinians and Lebanese. Just because you don’t understand a reference, doesn’t mean it doesn’t exist. Free Palestine.

@kyriewolves @TNIS_5 @counterscottGO @KyleKulinski That’s insane. I can’t believe I have to keep saying this, but the OKC paper, the Oklahoman, literally ran an op Ed, that has since been deleted, comparing the thunder to Israel. I was just completing the metaphor. Google it.

@ityslive @TNIS_5 @counterscottGO @KyleKulinski Bro you’re comparing a genocide to basketball are u fr
English

@PlayoffJinsoul I didn’t say the OKC paper represented the thunder. I simply completed the metaphor that said op Ed proposed. Nothing more, nothing less. Maybe that’s why they deleted it.

@cocoanatz The OKC paper, the Oklahoman, literally ran an op Ed, that was later deleted, that compared the thunder to Israel. I was just completing the metaphor.
I wouldn’t say the same about you even though you just don’t understand the reference.

@whozgrimez Bourdain, notorious for his advocacy for Palestinians, would have loved Wemby.

So this putrid little cretin can come into my country but Hasan can't go to the UK because he criticizes this genocidal terror state.

Smotrich is Israel’s minister of defense and finance. He has called for total annihilation of Gaza. He organized a beast parade with goats and donkeys to mock LGBTQ. And today he proudly marched in New York’s Israel Day Parade.

🎥 “People come here to escape the boredom, to breathe fresh air. Then suddenly a missile falls on them.”
An eyewitness describes the aftermath after Israeli Apache helicopters fired missiles at a gathering of civilians at Gaza Port, killing at least two people and wounding 25 others, including children.
“There were children, women, cars, people, everything. It was supposed to be a safe area. Why bomb it? Where are the human rights they keep talking about? We don’t see any humanity at all. There is no safe place. We were bombed here too. So where do we go?”
The Gaza seafront is one of the few remaining places where displaced families can gather, an eyewitness said. “Everyone comes here to the sea because they are bored. They come to relieve their boredom and breathe fresh air.”
Witnesses told Al Arabiya TV’s Asem Al-Nabih civilians were sitting by the sea when the missiles struck.

Gaza’s sea is the only escape in this extreme heat and tight siege, yet Israel insists that there is no safe place left in Gaza, not even the sea.
