@GlitterBomb64 @sandeikitetsu I will say that may not be the best explanation since objects can have absorptive and reflective properties (which'll determine the reverberance of produced sound), but think of mark as a still, soft chair in an open room (typically absorptive)

@GlitterBomb64 @sandeikitetsu It's an aspect of acoustics, more open space for sound = larger reverberation, vice versa, the mark essentially acts as a sound absorber so the sound produced by the snap is reverberated less throughout the space since some of it is absorbed thru mark's body

Backrooms is woefully boring. Inept, meandering, and all style, no substance, the film is just like the Backrooms it comes from. A movie without a plot, the performers do a fine job with a substandard script. There’s a distinct lack of scares outside of POV scenes. #Backrooms
