@nzherald The top 3% of NZ pays 24% of all income tax. The bottom 74% of NZ pays 27% of all income tax (and gets more back in transfers). What about that poor middle 24% who pays nearly 50% of all income tax? At least index the bands so you don't tax them poorer year on year.
