we've booked 1,000+ sales calls for B2B companies using cold email. here are 8 things we learned that most teams never figure out: 1/ your ICP is killing your results before you send a single email. there's a 30-second test to find out. 2/ you're reaching 5% of your market. no intent signal fixes this. the fix is counterintuitive. 3/ there's a setup step 90% of teams skip. it's boring. but skip it and nothing else works. 4/ more follow-ups are actively hurting you. there's a hard line. most teams are way past it. 5/ the 45-day rule. not 30. not 60. the data shows exactly why. 6/ 31% of positive replies never become meetings. the reason is embarrassingly simple. 7/ when someone replies, don't email back. the worst thing you can do is send another email. 8/ your "booked meeting" count is lying to you. there's one question that filters out the garbage. full breakdown in a 15-minute video. no fluff. comment SYSTEM and i'll send it to you.

I enhanced my LinkedIn headline recently. Old one: "Gulenko.com Recruitment, the only Swiss Tech-Recruiter, who is also an MSc Computer Scientist" New one: "Swiss IT Recruitment Agency Owner | Ex-Software Engineer | Placing tech talent across CH since 2016" Why? First, the old headline was arrogant. "The only one." Even iftrue, nobody likes the guy who says it about himself. Like someone insisting they are PhD. :D Second, I am becoming more of an owner and less of an operator. My team is great. For you as a jobseeker this matters too: Your LinkedIn headline is the first thing people read. It should be accurate TODAY. When did you last update your LinkedIn headline, and what made you do it?

Speaking with French people in a business setting is so funny They be 48yo and they’re still asking peers what uni they went to 98% of them peaked in college so they feel obligated to tell you within the first 10 minutes of meeting them that they went to Polytechnique, ENS ULM or HEC What you accomplished since literally doesn’t matter because you attended a top school so you’re part of the « elite » I find it so pathetic Perhaps your country would be doing better if you were proud of your accomplishments the same way you’re proud that daddy paid for HEC Anyways Sorry I am done venting I just had the most cringe call of my life I had to let it out

you're fasting the wrong way. not because fasting is wrong. but because you're following a timer instead of the sun. your body wakes up in a catabolic state. cortisol high. blood sugar low. muscle being broken down for fuel. and what do most men do? skip breakfast. drink black coffee. call it discipline. they're not fasting. they're starving. and the body responds the only way it knows how. burns muscle. slows metabolism. raises stress hormones. that ’locked in’ feeling in the morning? not a biohack. not mental strength. it’s survival mode. your body doesn't run on a clock app. it runs on the sun. eat when the sun is up. stop when it goes down. in summer that means longer eating windows. in winter, shorter. it changes with the season. it changes with where you live. this is how every human ate for thousands of years before someone invented ’16:8’ it’s circadian biology. not controlled deprivation. eat breakfast at sunrise. last meal before sunset. stop following an app. start following the sun. vitalitymaxx.

TU Munich is basically the Lidl of elite STEM universities. They throw you in the deep end and expect you to fend for yourself: study hard, figure it out alone, and if you fail, you’re simply gone. The big difference with proper universities abroad is that TUM piles on four times the contact hours and four times the self-study on top of that. Why does Germany feel the need to Lidl-ise everything? Airports, airlines, supermarkets… and now even higher education. Sure, it looks great on the balance sheet in the short term. But the long-term price is brutal: Germany quietly bleeding competitiveness across the very domains that once defined it—math, automotive engineering, AI, you name it.

TU Munich is often marketed as an “elite” physics degree. But when you look at actual institution-provided teaching time, it starts to look less like a full heavyweight physics formation and more like a quarter-degree compared with the real beasts. Against MIPT, it is nowhere close.
