ATP 🎾 Joao Fonseca/Casper Ruud MLP (1.5%) Fonseca and Ruud both have the weapons to dominate their opponents. Outside of the serve, Rinderknech won’t be able to compete with Fonseca from the baseline. Fonseca is ultimately too explosive and will generate significant pace off the bounce. While Moutet is tricky, Ruud is just more consistent. What I like about Ruud is his ability to play physical tennis and explode through the open court with the forehand. Ruud is just way too dynamic overall.

These slower conditions are actually good for him to generate significant pace off the bounce. Longer points/matches are always a question mark for Botic, considering his fitness is always up in the air during longer battles.
