Hey @hotelsdotcom! I paid for travel protection. I've been trying to cancel my hotel all week and your agents keep saying I can't cancel even though I paid to do just that. Both agents said you're just the mediator, not the hotel. But I paid YOU for the travel protection.

The last time my 15yo saw me give a talk, he was 1.5yo. But, recently invited to speak at a Rotary Club meeting, Isaiah was able to attend before school. Done speaking, to see my boy looking at me with such pride and clapping along, it was a feeling I will always hold close.
