@joexyjay @shredwithQpid That’s not true If you’ve ever had to carry a load on your head over a long distance, when your neck starts aching, holding the load over head for a while as you keep walking is how you relieve the strain on your neck. OHP strengthens the muscles for that move. It’s functional.
