@jonrshell @ShopprsDrugMart I (almost) had this experience. The picture seemed slightly off to me and the questions they asked seemed out of place. When I checked the passport specs I saw my picture was slightly too large so went and had it re-done elsewhere

Canadian passport officer described @ShopprsDrugMart as their "enemy" because their passport photos are rejected so often. Shoppers makes money, passport officers get yelled at. Brutal, Shoppers. Be better.
