I spent one year learning AI in silence. Here is what that decision cost me and earned me. I was a graphics designer. Good at it. Really good. But in the wrong rooms. Every collaboration was a transaction. Every relationship was conditional. Some paid. Most did not. Even after agreements. Even after delivery. They encouraged me just enough to keep me available. Not to grow. To remain. Stay useful. Stay small. Stay theirs. Then I discovered something nobody around me was talking about. AI leverage. Not AI as a tool. AI as a weapon for income. I disconnected from almost every relationship I had built as a designer. Not out of anger. Out of clarity. Some pretended not to care. Some quietly waited for me to fail and come crawling back. I learned in silence. Mastered prompt engineering. Built generative AI workflows. Studied AI video production. Learned how to turn artificial intelligence into consistent income. Then everything shifted. Organizations started reaching out to train their teams. Clients started paying me what I was actually worth. People stopped seeing me as the designer they could use. And started seeing me as the AI Expert they needed. Six figures. 300+ professionals and business owners trained. One of the best in my field. And every single time I sit down to work, I do it with one certainty. I will produce the best result. Not to prove something. Because I know exactly who I am now. The cost of staying small is always higher than the cost of growing. #ArtificialIntelligence #AIForBusiness #FutureOfWork #Claude #grok

@AndrewYNg I don’t think AI changed teams. It exposed bottlenecks. Code got faster. Everything else stayed slow. So the real shift isn’t just building faster. It’s thinking broader. The people who win won’t be just engineers or PMs. They’ll be both.

AI-native software engineering teams operate very differently than traditional teams. The obvious difference is that AI-native teams use coding agents to build products much faster, but this leads to many other changes in how we operate. For example, some great engineers now play broader roles than just writing code. They are partly product managers, designers, sometimes marketers. Further, small teams who work in the same office, where they can communicate face-to-face, can move incredibly quickly. Because we can now build fast, a greater fraction of time must be spent deciding what to build. To deal with this project-management bottleneck, some teams are pushing engineer:product manager (PM) some teams are pushing engineer:product manager (PM) ratios downward from, say, 8:1 to as low as 1:1. But we can do even better: If we have one PM who decides what to build and one engineer who builds it, the communication between them becomes a bottleneck. This is why the fastest-moving teams I see tend to have engineers who know how to do some product work (and, optionally, some PMs who know how to do some engineering work). When an engineer understands users and can make decisions on what to build and build it directly, they can execute incredibly quickly. I’ve seen engineers successfully expand their roles to including making product decisions, and PMs expand their roles to building software. The tech industry has more engineers than PMs, but both are promising paths. If you are an engineer, you’ll find it useful to learn some product management skills, and if you’re a PM, please learn to build! Looking beyond the product-management bottleneck, I also see bottlenecks in design, marketing, legal compliance, and much more. When we speed up coding 10x or 100x, everything else becomes slow in comparison. For example, some of my teams have built great features so quickly that the marketing organization was left scrambling to figure out how to communicate them to users — a marketing bottleneck. Or when a team can build software in a day that the legal department needs a week to review, that’s a legal compliance bottleneck. In this way, agentic coding isn’t just changing the workflow of software engineering, it’s also changing all the teams around it. When smaller, AI-enabled teams can get more done, generalists excel. Traditional companies need to pull together people from many specialties — engineering, product management, design, marketing, legal, etc. — to execute projects and create value. This has resulted in large teams of specialists who work together. But if a team of 2 persons is to get work done that require 5 different specialities, then some of those individuals must play roles outside a single speciality. In some small teams, individuals do have deep specializations. For example, one might be a great engineer and another a great PM. But they also understand the other key functions needed to move a project forward, and can jump into thinking through other kinds of problems as needed. Of course, proficiency with AI tools is a big help, since it helps us to think through problems that involve different roles. Even in a two-person team, to move fast, communication bottlenecks also must be minimized. This is why I value teams that work in the same location. Remote teams can perform well too, but the highest speed is achieved by having everyone in the room, able to communicate instantaneously to solve problems. This post focuses on AI-native teams with around 2-10 persons, but not everything can be done by a small team. I'll address the coordination of larger teams in the future. I realize these shifts to job roles are tough to navigate for many people. At the same time, I am encouraged that individuals and small teams who are willing to learn the relevant skills are now able to get far more done than was possible before. This is the golden age of learning and building! [Original text: deeplearning.ai/the-batch/issu… ]

How I used AI to deliver a professional interior design project for a homeowner in the UK. Zero design background. Zero design training. Just AI and a problem solving mindset. And this is exactly why I keep saying AI rewards poblem solvers not tool collectors. Here is what happened. They had a beautiful apartment. But one specific problem was holding everything back. How to arrange their artwork in a way that made the space feel intentional and elevated. They had the pieces. They just could not see how to bring it all together. So I used AI to solve it. Not because I know interior design. Because I know how to use artificial intelligence as leverage to solve real problems. Here is the exact process I used. First I used Claude for ideation and prompt generation. I gave it the full context of the space. The artwork. The aesthetic they were going for. Claude helped me think through the design logic and generate precise prompts. Then I used ChatGPT for ultra realistic image generation. Visualizations of exactly how the artwork would look arranged in the space. Different configurations. Different placements. Different lighting considerations. All generated before touching a single wall. The homeowner could see exactly what their space would look like before making any physical changes. They loved it. Here is what this means for you. You do not need a degree in every industry you want to serve. You need AI fluency and the ability to identify and solve real problems. That combination makes you valuable in rooms you never expected to be in. Interior design today. A completely different industry tomorrow. That is what AI leverage actually looks like in practice. If you are a professional or business owner who wants to start using AI to solve real problems and open doors in new industries, I share practical AI knowledge every single day. Follow and stay close. P.S. What industry have you used AI in that surprised even you? Drop it in the comments below. #ArtificialIntelligence #AIForBusiness #AIProductivity

Why I always choose @grok AI over @higgsfield for my AI video production. And no. This is not a sponsored post. Let me show you the math nobody wants to talk about. @higgsfield charges credits per video generation. You never get the perfect result on the first try. So you run it multiple times. That is a lot of credits gone on one single scene. Now multiply that across every scene in your final AI-generated video. Your subscription is finished before you finish editing. Same story with AI image generation. Try once. Not satisfied. Try again. Still not right. Try again. Credits finished. The AI tool has no idea if you are satisfied. It just keeps charging. Here is the truth nobody is saying out loud. You are not paying for results. You are paying for attempts. And here is the part that really bothers me. Look at who is actually creating impressive content with @higgsfield right now. @higgsfield Creative Partners. A few select creators with special access. People who want to showcase their AI skills. Not solve real problems with AI. Not create professional AI video commercials for brands. Not build real income from generative AI. Just show off. The credit system was not built to help you create. It was built to make you spend more than your subscription fee. Every. Single. Month. @grok AI does not work like this. $30 a month. No credit system. No limits. No anxiety watching a counter drop. I generate all month long and focus entirely on the work. Not the wallet. The best AI video production tool is not the most talked about one. It is the one that lets you solve real problems without interruption. For me that is @grok AI. Every single time. Drop your thoughts in the comments. 👇|

Why I switched from Google's Nano Banana to ChatGPT for AI image generation. I focus on AI results. Not AI hype. And the results told me everything. As a realistic AI video creator, I pay obsessive attention to one thing. The quality of every single image frame. Because your video is only as good as the images you build it from. A high-quality image frame equals high-quality video. Average image frame equals average video. That is the AI Quality Line in action. Here is what I discovered after testing both tools. Google's Nano Banana struggled with African characters. The skin tones. The facial features. The cultural accuracy. For someone creating realistic AI content for brands across Africa and beyond, this was a dealbreaker. ChatGPT gave me ultra-realistic results on the same characters. Same prompt. Completely different output. I also ran the same prompt and reference images through both tools on an interior design project. ChatGPT won. Every single time. And then Google's Nano Banana started placing watermarks on AI-generated images. Even on the paid version. You cannot use watermarked images in professional brand campaigns. ChatGPT is now stronger in prompt understanding, reasoning, and creative workflow. The gap has closed. For high-end commercial AI video production, ChatGPT is my AI image generation tool of choice. Not because of hype. Because of results. The tools you choose determine the standard you deliver. Choose accordingly. P.S. The AI tool everyone is hyping is quietly draining your wallet. Nobody is talking about this. 👇🏾 Higgsfield charges credits per generation. You never nail it on the first try. So you keep running it. Most AI experts and AI influencers are wasting their time. And most of them do not even know it. They are chasing every new AI tool. Every new feature. Every new announcement. Claude just killed designers. ChatGPT just replaced analysts. But nobody is asking the most important question. What problem does this actually solve? The social media manager who tripled her income with AI did not use the latest generative AI tool. She solved one specific problem with AI. The consultant who doubled his conversion rate did not chase AI features. He built one AI workflow that solved a real client problem. AI does not reward tool collectors. AI rewards problem solvers. Stop chasing AI hype. Start solving real problems with artificial intelligence. That is the difference between an AI user and an AI leverage expert. I am Juwon AI. I teach professionals and business owners how to use AI as leverage to solve real problems and generate real income. Not just as a tool. Grok Imagine just changed AI video forever. Let me show you how you can use this to make money. Not demos. Not talking puppies. Not impressive clips for likes. Real income. Real problems solved. Real value delivered. Here is how smart professionals and business owners should be using this right now. Problem 1: Brands need explainer videos but cannot afford actors or studios. Use @grok Imagine to create a realistic AI talking avatar that explains your product or service. Upload your brand image. Add your script. Let Grok handle the lip sync and audio. Professional AI video content. Zero traditional production cost. Problem 2: Content creators need consistent talking head video content but hate being on camera. Create your AI avatar once. Use it across all your content. Same face. Same voice. Consistent brand identity. No filming. No editing. Just results. Problem 3: Marketers need localized video content for different audiences. Generate the same AI talking avatar delivering your message in different languages. One character. Multiple markets. Fraction of the traditional production cost. Problem 4: Coaches and educators need engaging AI video content at scale. Turn your written content into short talking avatar videos. Your ideas. Your message. Delivered by a realistic AI video presenter. Here is the lesson. Every time a new generative AI feature drops the question is never what can this do. The question is always what real problem can this solve for my audience. That is the difference between AI hype and AI leverage. Use @grok Imagine to solve real business problems. Not just to impress your timeline. P.S. Which of these AI video use cases would work best for your business right now? Drop it in the comments below. #AIVideoProduction #GenerativeAI #GrokAI

You are the one causing most of the AI hallucinations. Let me show you how you can solve this problem. Think about the last time you gave a staff member a task with zero context. No brief. No clear goal. No information. Just "handle this." What happened? They produced whatever they could with what they had. Not because they were incompetent. Because you did not brief them properly. AI works exactly the same way. Even human beings hallucinate. Give a person a task without clarity and they fill the gaps with assumptions. AI does the same thing. It fills your gaps with its best guess. And that guess is the hallucination you are complaining about. Here is the shift that changes everything. Stop seeing AI as a tool you open and type into. Start seeing AI as your most capable staff member. Your monthly AI subscription is the salary you pay them. You are the boss. A good boss briefs clearly. Provides context. Defines the goal. Gives relevant information. Then reviews the output before it goes anywhere. That is how you reduce AI hallucinations. Not by blaming the generative AI tool. By becoming a better communicator. Clarity in. Excellence out. Vague instruction in. Hallucination out. If you need someone to teach you the practicality of artificial intelligence this is the right place. While others talk about AI hype and new features every week. I teach you how to use AI to solve real problems. How to direct it. How to brief it. How to make it work for you. My post will be waiting for you every morning. Follow and stay close. 🔥 P.S. Have you ever blamed AI for a bad output that was actually caused by a vague prompt? Be honest. Let me tell you what actually goes into creating a professional AI video. Because posting an 8 second clip and calling it a cinematic AI movie is not the full story. Here is the real process. Concept and Script. Every professional AI video starts with a story and a problem to solve. Character Creation. Who is in this video. Their appearance. Their consistency across every single scene. Image Generation. Every frame built individually with precise prompt engineering. Lighting. Environment. Camera angle. Composition. This is where the AI Quality Line lives. Image to Video Conversion. Each carefully crafted frame converted to video using frame to video production. Video Editing. Sound. Music. Color grading. Pacing. Final polish. Here is what most people do not realize. In AI video production you are not one person. You are the scriptwriter. The director. The videographer. The cinematographer. The video editor. All at once. AI is the technology. The intelligence behind every decision is yours. AI video is not easy. It is not cheap. It is the work of five professionals done by one person. And here is the truth nobody says out loud. Impressions on your post do not convert to high paying clients. When a potential client sees how you solve their specific problem that is what makes your work valuable. Not viral posts about what AI just killed this week. Problem solving. That is the work. P.S. How many roles are you playing alone in your AI work right now? How I did this design with ChatGPT and my prompt alone. No design tools. Most people are using this to show off. I use it to solve problems. Designers aren’t cooked. Designers can finally cook. Because now: 1. Ideas turn into flyers in minutes 2. You can test multiple directions fast 3. Businesses stop guessing What this actually helps with: 1. Sales flyers that convert 2. Ad creatives for testing 3. Event posters on demand 4. Quick concepts before spending money How to use it properly: 1. Start with the goal (sales, clicks, awareness) 2. Describe the outcome clearly 3. Generate multiple versions 4. Refine like a creative director 5. Let a designer polish if needed The edge isn’t design anymore. It’s speed + execution. Stop showing off. Start solving. #AI #ChatGPT #AIDesign #CreativeStrategy

How I turned a simple complaint into a converting brand video using AI. No studio. No actress. No production crew. The concept was simple. A woman complaining about every blender she had ever used. Until she found Surge. But here is what made this work. It was not the AI tool. It was the imagination behind it. Most people think AI quality is the limit of their work. It is not. Your imagination is. The length at which you can imagine how to solve a problem — that is the real limit. AI is just the technology you use to bring it to life. Anyone can access the same AI tools I used. Not everyone can see what I saw before hitting generate. That is the difference between an AI user and an AI problem solver. This is what AI-powered marketing looks like in 2026. Not 6 second clips posted for likes. Real creative strategy. Real brand storytelling. Real results. Creativity is yours. AI just executes it. AI forced me to learn a new language. Not French. Not Spanish. Not Mandarin. Prompt engineering. And here is why it changed everything. Every culture has a language it understands. Americans communicate in English. People from Spain communicate in Spanish. Your computer communicates in zeros and ones. AI communicates in prompt engineering. That is its native language. And the results you get from artificial intelligence depend entirely on how well you speak it. Think of AI as your most capable employee. Walk up to a staff member and say "handle this" without context or direction, and they will either guess or deliver something completely off target. Not because they are incompetent. Because your instruction was unclear. AI works exactly the same way. Vague instructions in. Mediocre output. Clear instructions in. Exceptional output. Here is the simple prompt engineering framework I use every single time. Context. Who you are and what the situation is. Goal. Exactly what result you want. Instructions. The specific format, tone, and length. Information. The relevant details AI needs to perform. That is it. Four elements. Every single prompt. And here is why I am not in favour of buying ready-made prompts. Prompt engineering is not a template you copy and paste. It is a language you learn to speak. When you buy a ready-made prompt, you are borrowing someone else's words in a language you do not understand. But when you learn prompt engineering as a language, you can communicate with AI about anything. Any task. Any project. Any problem. You are reading this which means you are already ahead of most people. Most people are still using AI without understanding how to talk to it. You now have the framework. Use it. P.S. How would you describe your prompt engineering skills right now? Beginner. Intermediate. Advanced. Drop it in the comments below. #PromptEngineering #ArtificialIntelligence #AIForBusiness

Another AI brand image done and dusted. 🎬 This one is for a kitchen appliance brand. And yes. Every single element was AI generated. The model. The kitchen environment. The product. The lighting. The styling. All of it. Here is how I make sure it never crosses the AI Quality Line. I define the problem first. A kitchen appliance brand needs to make people feel one thing. This product belongs in my life. That feeling has to come through in every single element. So I build the environment with intention. The lighting direction. The countertop. The background details. I define the character with purpose. She is not just standing next to a blender. She is living a lifestyle that includes it. I direct every product detail deliberately. How the light hits it. What is inside it. How it sits in the frame. Then I ask one question before finalizing. Does this look like a professional brand campaign or does it look AI generated? If I am not satisfied the AI generated image does not move forward. The result is what you see. Photorealistic. Brand consistent. Commercially ready. This is generative AI used as leverage to solve a real brand problem. Not just a showcase. Not just a feature test. A real solution for a real brand. DM me IMAGE if you want professional AI generated brand imagery for your product. 🎬 P.S. Could you tell this was AI generated? There are thousands of AI experts online right now. Here is how I stood out among all of them. I picked a niche. Most people in the AI space are doing the same thing. Hopping from one tool to the next. One YouTube video. One course. One community. Learning everything about AI. Mastering nothing. That is not expertise. That is AI tourism. Here is the truth most people are not telling you. The AI space has over 20 different specializations right now. Prompt engineering. AI video creation. AI automation. AI agent development. AI ads creation. AI coding. The list keeps growing every single day. Nobody can master all of it. And trying to is exactly why most AI professionals are not making real money. Here is what I did instead. I picked one specialization. AI video production. And I went so deep that brands started reaching out to me specifically for that one thing. Not because I knew the most AI tools. Because I solved one specific problem better than anyone else. Here is the formula that changed everything for me. Your Expertise plus AI Knowledge equals More Income in Less Time. Your expertise is the problem you solve. Your AI knowledge is how you solve it faster and better than anyone else. Your monthly AI subscription is not an expense. It is an investment. And every investment needs a return. If your AI tools are costing you money every month without making you money back you do not have an AI skill problem. You have a focus problem. Pick your niche. Go deep. Solve real problems for real people. That is how you stand out among thousands of AI experts. Not by knowing more. By specializing more. P.S. Which AI specialization are you currently focused on? How I use AI video editing to solve a major problem for brands selling on e-commerce platforms. Here is the problem. Brands selling multiple products on e-commerce platforms need constant video content. Product awareness. Sales campaigns. UGC style ads. Traditional video production for every single product is expensive. Hiring models. Booking studios. Paying videographers. Editing crews. Multiply that cost across 10 products, and the budget becomes unsustainable for most brands. So most brands either produce low-quality content or produce nothing at all. Both hurt sales. Here is how I solve it. I create realistic AI generated UGC video ads for ecommerce brands using generative AI tools including Claude AI, Flow AI, Grok AI, ElevenLabs, and CapCut. Human like delivery. Authentic feel. Cinematic quality. Indistinguishable from traditionally produced UGC content. Here is what that means for a brand with multiple products. Instead of spending thousands on traditional video production for each product they get professional AI video ads at a fraction of the cost. Faster turnaround. Lower budget. Same premium quality. Think about what that means for a brand selling on Amazon, Shopify, Etsy, or Instagram. More products with professional AI-generated video content. More touchpoints driving brand awareness and ecommerce sales. More revenue without multiplying the production budget. This is not just AI content creation. This is a competitive advantage. The ecommerce brands that adopt AI video production now will dominate their category while competitors are still paying the traditional way. If you are a brand or ecommerce business owner in the US, UK, Canada, or anywhere in the world who wants realistic AI UGC video ads that actually convert, DM me VIDEO. Let us cut your production costs and increase your content output at the same time. P.S. How much are you currently spending on product video content every month?
