@kidnapperhunter

I have authored twelve novels and many short stories after working for almost three decades in Latin America and the Caribbean as a kidnap recovery specialist.

This is my story: In 1967, at the age of eleven, I ran away from home to escape an abusive father. Thus began a journey from Oregon to Florida that would take 162 days. The tribulations I endured would set the stage for my career as a kidnap resolution specialist in Latin America and the Caribbean. The story is true; only the names have been changed. This is not a casual read but one that will make you feel every emotion. The Redemption Wall a.co/d/2XvhNKk

@DrSeanOMara Yes. I eat sauerkraut with every meal now. I enjoy it alongside eggs for breakfast, and after several months now, I've found I actually crave it. Just had it with avacado and roast chicken for dinner.

These Florida cattle were as wild as can be. I bought a load of heifers (80 head) and had them shipped to my ranch in Texas and when they came off the truck they jumped all the fences and got down into some cane brakes and wouldn't come out. Took us two months to rope and drag out every one of them. They all went straight to the sale barn. Last load of Florida cattle I ever bought...

Good morning, friends! ☀️🐠🐠🐠🐠🐠🐠🐠 Someone stop me… I just ordered another 20 cans on top of the 35 from last night. Whole Foods had 30% off and I went full “Spring Cleaning Reset” but this time it’s my body, not my closet! 🧹💪 For the next 10 days it’s fish o’clock (11-3pm only), fitness, walks, and serious detox mode: RLT + sauna + all the sun I can safely soak up. Curious what magic (or chaos) happens… who’s joining me in the sardine squad? 😂🐟 Have an awesome day! I have a few hours of work, a long walk, and rooftop sunning. 🌞 #SpringReset #FishDiet #SardineLife #DetoxGlow #HealthyHabits

🚨 $174K Salary to $25 MILLION Fortune: Stephen A. Smith & Tim Burchett EXPOSE Marjorie Taylor Greene’s Washington Wealth Explosion Stephen A. Smith drops the truth bomb on Rep. Tim Burchett about Marjorie Taylor Greene: “She walked into Congress worth a few hundred thousand dollars — if that — and walked out reportedly worth $25 MILLION. Essentially, it’s a very profitable job to have. Even though, for the record, it says it’s a few hundred thousand dollars in salary… But it’s not an accident.” Burchett replies: “Both parties.” Funny how that works in Washington. America First and Only? Meanwhile, her portfolio includes heavy investments in foreign companies and global markets — stocks in places like Taiwan Semiconductor (TSMC), Novo Nordisk (Denmark), ASML (Netherlands), and other international holdings that aren’t exactly “Buy American Only.” How does a $174k congressional salary turn into a roughly $25 million net worth in just a few years? Asking for the base. @mtgreenee

I just spent a week in DC and never saw a homeless person or signs of a camp. The city was clean and orderly, and the buses and trains were clean and not crowded. My expectation was for something much different. I saw National Guard troops at some of the train stations and thanked them for their service. On one occasion, they gave me directions to a museum I was looking for. They were very polite and grateful to be appreciated. A true credit to our young generation.

🚨 BREAKING: In a stunning victory, there are now ZERO known homeless encampments in Washington D.C.'s parks after a year of President Trump's National Guard and law enforcement deployment 142 homeless camps have been CLANED OUT in the past year, per Daily Caller LFG! SUCCESS! 🔥 On top of clearing out the camps, 350 homeless people were also connected to mental health services, just as Trump promised ❤️ Imagine that. You can just DO THINGS and clean up your cities! A model for America.

In one of the most inaccessible canyons in America, a man walked away from his normal life and spent 20 years alone keeping bees, miles from any other person. His story was nearly forgotten. I went looking for it. brentunderwood.com/adventures/sea…

I’m not big on sardines, but this one—with its two-ingredient simplicity, water and salt—for $1.30 is insane. Tasty, too.😋

I’ve tried cottage cheese before and was not impressed. This Daisy brand is notably better. It’s like bits of mozzarella in a very light and wet sour cream. But what do you eat it with?

365 days ago I made a decision that saved my life. Not a diet. Not another fresh start that fizzled out by February. A decision to stop doing what was killing me and start doing what my body was actually built for. Today is my one year carniversary. And I need you to see this. 140 pounds gone. Type 2 diabetes reversed. Blood pressure normalized. Sleep apnea gone. Inflammation gone. Depression and anxiety gone. My body back. My LIFE back. No surgery. No injections. No pills. No trainer. No one carrying me through it. Just me. My daughter. This community. The data. And a decision I made and kept making every single day for 365 days. This post is not about weight loss. It is about a woman who was dying slowly and didn’t fully realize it. It is about what happens when you stop managing symptoms and start healing the actual cause. It is about what your body is capable of when you stop poisoning it and start feeding it what it was designed to run on. I wrote a book about everything I learned this year because I needed it to exist. I needed there to be something someone could pick up when they were exactly where I was a year ago, exhausted and sick and out of options, and see a way through. I am not the woman I was 365 days ago. I don’t recognize her anymore. I love her for surviving. But I don’t miss her. If you are sitting there right now thinking it is too late, or you have too much to lose, or your body is too broken, or you have tried everything… I was you. This changed my life. It saved my life. And it can save yours too. 🥩365 days. Just getting started.
