@maize It sounds as though you could have the app configured to unlock using a standalone primary vault instead of your account. If you send an email to support@1password.com with the subject [#VYE-71731-694] (but only that, including the square brackets) the team will be able to help.

@1Password I am able to login from the app on my phone and web view - but using the same password, I cannot login from the app on my desktop... wrong password error. I've tried many times over days. How is this possible? What can I check?

@1Password In the web view of my account, I see the banner that I have a Family account linked to my account - but I no longer see that account (or any of it's info) in 1Password. How can I reconnect it?
