One thing I don't think we talk about enough is how much overworking gets celebrated. Pulling all-nighters, skipping meals, never taking a day off. Those stories get applause. Meanwhile, protecting your energy and taking care of yourself can sometimes feel like you're not doing enough. I'm still ambitious and still have big goals, but I've learned that my health isn't competing with my success.
