@CanaryMugume The time left to the EC Roadmap implementation is too short for Electoral Reforms to be entertained. It will be a diversion from the target at hand. Lets perfect using the existing legal framework for the 2026 elections.

@97fmRadiocity @esteri_ug @PhilKirya What purpose would it serve? EC would rather put emphasis on issues that would make voting more attractive to the voters. Eg organizing free, fair and credible elections, increase civic education, no electoral violence, recall of non performers, etc etc
