@chitownspartan1 @puckandrally I agree with you. The only jersey ads I would get behind are the local businesses (such as MSUFCU which we lucked out on), places like Crunchy’s, Rick’s, Mash, Tasty Twist.

@puckandrally I agree with the side that says “no” to jersey ads altogether, but they are coming, whether we like them or not.
As an MSU student and fan this is the best case scenario, and we dodged a bullet from unrelated sponsors, hoping the same for other teams

I think in the era of inevitable jersey ads, the best you can hope for is something that is a) in a respectable business and b) sort of part of your city/school's culture. I thought Goodyear on the Cavs was close to the ideal. Cliffs...not as good, but passable.

Thank GOD the MSU patches won’t say some B.S. like “MGM Sportsbook” and that they have a patch that’s related to the University (and smart financial decisions).
