@KLM, I have been on hold for 6hrs today. 3 phone calls, 2 disconnected when we talked to the agent. I need to change my flight back to Canada tomorrow, my kid has a fever. PLEASE HELP!!!

@KLM It appears clear to that KLM are sending me and other customers information with is contracting the relevant information from the dutch ministry website which you tell me to trust. Please consider correcting this and, maybe even apologizing for the stress/cost caused.

@opus117 KLM will accept passengers who meet the governmental requirements of their transit or destination country. These demands are not imposed by KLM, but by the local authorities. Therefore, I strongly recommend that you contact the local authorities. I cannot inform you differently.

Hey @KLM, you are emailing me CONTRADICTORY information. Not ok. You are telling me I need an 24hr antigen test (in addition to the PCR test) when traveling from Canada to Netherlands. Dutch ministry don't require this, which is it?

@KLM But I want to trust KLM, you are the literal gate keeps, who decide if I can board the plane or not. Will you let me on the plane without a 24hr Antigen test?

@KLM The information on the dutch ministry website is in line with your guidelines to me IF I was traveling from an "area with a varient of concern", or a "very high risk" area, not the information for travel from a "high risk". Hence, it seems, the KLM email information is wrong.

@KLM Well I would ask, respectfully, that you have your people correct mistakes in their email to me and other customers, or be able to demonstrate how your email information is correct and in line with the Dutch ministry.

@opus117 The information gained from the local authorities is ALWAYS leading. KLM will accept passengers who meet the governmental requirements of their transit or destination country. It is up to the authorities of the respective countries to determine which rules apply.

@KLM Thanks for your answers, the abundance of information from KLM and the Dutch ministry indicate that travelers from high risk counties need a negative PCR test with 72hrs before arrival. Some of the KLM info also says we need an antigen test 24hr before boarding as well, do we?

@opus117 This also applies to the COVID-19 PCR test. KLM does not reimburse these costs. You can find all applicable restrictions and requirements here: klmf.ly/1glhv9C. I strongly recommend that you always contact the local authorities.
