Customer care in Zimbabwe is very poor. It becomes hard to patronise business owners. It is imperative that business owners treat customers as kings even if its a dollar. I know I'm poor, but if I fork out a few dollars to please my niece I mustn't be treated like trash. @Cynthia_R_Jones treat customers as kings regardless of paltry amounts of money we use to patronise you. Do better. What i asked for vs what I got. 😏😒.
