This is insane. Pedro Franceschi (29 year old CEO of Brex, acquired by Capital One for $5.15B) decomposed his CEO job using OpenClaw. here's what he’s built: > signal ingestion pipeline screens his email, Slack, Google Docs, and WhatsApp... filters everything through specific programs and the 25 key people he cares about > Granola runs on every meeting, feeds transcripts into the pipeline, and auto generates action items > the system takes each to-do, pulls context from the original meeting, and drafts the follow-up... Slack, email, or text. Pedro just clicks approve. > a virtual recruiter named "Jim" lives in Slack with his own email... and taught himself to screen fabricated resumes without anyone coding that capability > a security layer called "Crab Trap" intercepts all agent network traffic through an LLM proxy... a second AI monitoring the first in real time this isn't some bullshit hype influencer demo. this is how a $5 billion company CEO actually operates right now. anyone telling you OpenClaw is useless? liars. a billion dollar company says otherwise. Claude Code just got an update nobody is talking about. And it fixes the worst part of AI coding. If you use AI in your terminal, you know the flashing problem. It jumps. It lags. It eats up your computer memory. Not anymore. Anthropic just dropped No Flicker Mode. It stops the screen jumps. It keeps memory totally flat so your computer stays fast. It even adds mouse support right inside the terminal. How to turn it on today: Update to version 2.1.88. Type: export CLAUDE_CODE_NO_FLICKER=1 Restart your setup. Your AI workspace is now perfectly smooth.

@ItsKieranDrew Been there. The tools get better, but 'enough' is still a manual setting we have to toggle ourselves.

I've noticed something strange about AI. The more time it saves me in my business, the less time I feel like I have. Every hour it frees up becomes an hour I feel pressure to fill. I keep telling myself there's so much potential to tap into. But the more I build, the further the finish line feels. I don't have an answer to this yet. I think it's probably more a reflection of my inability with the word "enough." All in all, a net positive for the business. But I can feel myself wanting to set clearer boundaries in the future. Leverage isn't just about doing more. It's about creating the time to do less.

Here is the quarterly meeting agenda we've been following for two years now. It's 7 steps: 1️⃣ Check in. Everyone shares what's working, what's not, and what they expect from the session. 2️⃣ Review last quarter's numbers and priorities. Did we hit 80%+ of what we said we'd do? 3️⃣ Revisit the vision. Make sure everyone is still aligned on the big picture. 4️⃣ Set next quarter's priorities. List everything, then keep, kill, or combine until you have 3 to 7 clear priorities with owners. 5️⃣ Tackle key issues. Rank the top 3, then for each one: identify the real problem, discuss openly, solve it permanently. 6️⃣ Decide next steps. Who's doing what and what gets communicated to the rest of the team. 7️⃣Rate the meeting. Everyone scores 1 to 10. If the average isn't above 8, figure out why. We've been running this exact structure for over two years now. Every quarter we come out sharper, more focused, and more honest about what's actually moving the needle. Block 3 to 5 hours with your leadership team. Run through this. You'll walk out with more clarity and motivation.

Just stepped out of my quarterly leadership meeting. Sat down with the team, defined what went well last quarter, what didn’t and what we need to do this coming one. I strongly suggest you block 3 hours with your team, or yourself, to plan what your next 3 months will be like.

My friend told me about runable last month and i ignored it because i've been burned by "all in one AI" tools before. finally tried it this week and i'm actually mad at myself for waiting. made a website, a deck, and a carousel in one sitting. all branded. all clean. this isn't like the others.

New Kilo Code for VS Code Is Now Generally Available. This is the biggest update to the extension since launch. Here's what's new: - Parallel execution - files, searches, and terminal commands run simultaneously, not one at a time - Parallel subagents - spin up multiple agents (implementation, tests, docs) working at the same time - Agent Manager - manage multiple agents across isolated git worktrees, review diffs inline, leave line-level comments like a real PR review - Cross-platform sessions - start in CLI, pick up in VS Code, seamlessly The whole extension is rebuilt on OpenCode server, an open-source portable core shared across VS Code, CLI, and Cloud Agents. One engine everywhere. Video Credit : Kilo Code. Sponsored

Gulf states view AI as the “new oil” and will continue to focus on its development during and after the war, said Bader Al Saif. “I would put IMEC at a lower priority just because it was facing issues from the beginning,” he said. “That said, we’re not going to let go of our partnerships with the US, Europe or Asian countries. This will continue.” agbi.com/analysis/logis…
