I really hope this turns out to be true. Right now, Mythic NFT holders have only received around $20–$50 worth of assets, and the last airdrop was quite a while ago. Exalted NFT holders are even lower, sitting at roughly $5–$10, if I’m not mistaken. Considering the total cost of $599 + $35 + taxes (around $100–$250), it still feels very unfair that Suiplay devices are being given out randomly while the core community is being overlooked. @SuiPlay @PLAYTR0N @SuiNetwork @Mysten_Labs

@PLAYTR0N Devs should address the battery backup issue. I put the device to sleep when it was about 98% charged, and after approximately 24 to 30 hours, the battery drained to 49% without any use on the console. Don't you think this drop in battery percentage is excessive?

My profile says it all — nothing but love for @SuiPlay and @PLAYTR0N. But maybe it’s time to take it down… and seriously consider refunding my SuiPlay. I don’t understand how we’re down to just 6,649 devices left, while it feels like everyone else has chosen to refund and burn their NFTs. So many believers like me still haven’t even received their devices — some are stuck in customs. Others told me they got theirs… only to let it sit there like a lifeless brick, because there’s nothing playable and the tech already feels outdated. So tell me — is this activity data even accurate? And more importantly, does it mean anything for the future of those who pre-ordered? Scrolling through X, I still see a few people actively using the device… but you can count them on one hand. Meanwhile, the team still has no clear plan on how to handle all the refunded units. After this mess, who would dare buy those devices again — especially launching alongside Seeker? @SuiPlay had only 10,000 units. @solanamobile has 100,000. And if even 10,000 couldn’t be handled properly… who’s supposed to trust? So tell me — Is your love for @SuiPlay still alive? Because mine is hanging by a thread.

Dear @SuiNetwork, @Mysten_Labs and @SuiPlay team. I’m writing as a deeply bullish supporter of SuiPlay — my profile says it all. This device is a milestone: the first Web3 handheld that can truly bridge Web2 and Web3 users and onboard mainstream audiences. That’s why I personally ordered four units for me and my family. While 4 devices - may be a small number compared to some, across Vietnam there were many who trusted Sui’s vision and ordered as well. I genuinely believe Vietnamese orders may account for a significant share — possibly tens of percent of those 10,000 preorders — and we backed you because we believed in your direction.🇻🇳 So you can imagine my disappointment: 1⃣My complaint is not about hype — it’s about unprofessional handling of major customers. From glitches in entering shipping information to forcing users to pay unexpected shipping fees, the process has been poor. 2⃣The crown of this problem is customs duties — especially here in Vietnam. We understand taxes are complicated and sometimes unavoidable. That’s not my main anger. 3⃣What truly upsets and outrages me is being FORCED to return the device and accept a refund. Returning the product should be the buyer’s choice, not something imposed on us with the excuse of customs. The first shipments went through and many were happy to cover taxes; yet now later customers are treated harshly and pushed aside. That is unacceptable. 🚨I remain loyal to the project and will not change my stance. I WILL NOT RETURN MY UNITS and I DO NOT WANT A REFUND. What I demand is respect: propose a fair, mutually beneficial resolution — do not force us to comply with unilateral decisions. I’m not blaming @SuiNetwork or @Mysten_Labs personally; I hold the @SuiPlay team accountable for acting hastily without thorough preparation. Your responses to our emails were slow while your decision to abandon affected customers came very quickly. Customs cannot be used as an easy excuse to exclude us from the list; if proper due diligence had been done from the start, we wouldn’t be here today. 💧Once more: refunds are an individual’s right, not SuiPlay’s weapon to decide for everyone. Please sit down, rethink a solution that respects your backers — remember this is not a one-time relationship but a long-term community.
