@PensareBBall I wouldn’t. That Brown contract gets very steep in 2 years when it’s time to pay CMB & Jakobe. Kawhi is a lower risk.

(Kawhi is a better player but I’m pretty stunned the Raptors couldn’t outbid the Sixers for Jaylen Brown given what they gave up for Kawhi. Conversation for another day but still)

Toronto is going to be able to roll out a lineup that is Kawhi Leonard, Scottie Barnes, RJ Barrett & Jamal Shead for perimeter defense with either Jakob Poeltl or Collin Murray-Boyles on the backside. I am beyond excited to watch that defense!
