@PoorOldRoloTony Although in general, I do find it legitimately concerning how much AI is starting to consume his videos and he's really fucking pushing it right now. Like to be clear I am an avid ai hater and I'm only ok with this usage because I think it points out the absurdity of it all

@PoorOldRoloTony I mean I agree with you that people should totally be and aren't critical enough of things they like. I just feel like the material harm being done by the ai usage in the video is miniscule and it's still great satire that wouldn't work as well without the use of ai

It’s not even the fact that people like the new Connor O’Malley video, it’s the way that they’re defending it in a way that’s divorced from reason or analysis that rubs me the wrong way. If you think he’s a great living artist, why not offer the same level of critique?
