Building a modern healthcare brand in 🇮🇳 is likely a 15 year journey. It might take the first 5 years to go from idea to product to pmf to revenue to figuring out a sustainable & profitable model. And if you get that right then the profitable core model starts compounding slowly year on year. The challenge lies in making peace with a slow first 5 years without doing anything unnatural which is fatal. Easier said than done but it’s hard to see another way to exploit the massive healthcare opportunity in India.
