@LeShuttle I understand if there’s a faulty train but I don’t get the tower of control making insane decisions about boarding and making people wait for over 6h while letting Flexiplus cars get in as they drove into their lane. Appalling!

@LeShuttle Can u please stop letting the flexiplus customers go in when other customers have been stuck in the queue for 5 crazy hours!?!??! We’re all on the same page here!!! Stop prioritising!!! #eurotunnel

A train has broken down in the tunnel and we are in the process of transferring customers to a separate passenger shuttle via the service tunnel, to return to our Folkestone terminal. We apologise sincerely for this inconvenience.
