Drs have such weird control issues that you literally have to go into every apptmnt acting like you’ve never heard of the concept of medication. I’m not just talking opioids or benzos. I mean even if you want migraine meds for a migraine you have to let them come up w the idea
Immuno(un)compromising Writer@jacobscheier

To the drs saying they don't act out of a desire to control: just because you are not in touch with your own unconscious will to power or have not examined your own ideology, doesn't make what I wrote untrue.

@shitbysam @Anxious4Lyfe @arenty_ @lostmyliberal @SaraHigdon So the 50s and 60s broadened what any normal person would consider competent to stand trial, and is only cursorily related to the 5th and 14th amendment. These same stupid rulings are why not guilty by reason of insanity should not be allowed either.

I am imploring that the collective internet take a step back and understand how the justice system works, that this is not a plea of insanity at the time of the murder, and incompetence to stand trial is not a defense of the crime. It is a constitutionally protected right, that you have to be able to understand the proceedings and help in your defense. Also, this trial is not over, the defense and prosecutor agreed to a 180 day hold, and the trial will continue once it is determined he is fit to stand trial. I like everyone else want to see him found guilty for the heinous crime, but the rage bait/ignorance over this is too much. No matter what this guy will never walk the streets again. justia.com/criminal/proce…

@shitbysam @Anxious4Lyfe @arenty_ @lostmyliberal @SaraHigdon Oh wow what gave it away?? The 14th amendment title?? You should be able to give me a source to back your claim that the 14th amendment requires what you say it does. Preferably legal case/s from the 19th century

@emirura02013643 @arenty_ @Anxious4Lyfe @lostmyliberal @SaraHigdon i signed up to defend the US justice system bc they did get this one right, so i’ll take that one but when i’m referencing expense, i’m referencing the taxpayer. as for speedy trials, that was to keep the government from holding people indefinitely - that serves the accused.

@arenty_ @Anxious4Lyfe @lostmyliberal @SaraHigdon u legitimately have rocks for brains. “not competent to stand trial” doesn’t mean “not competent at the time of the crime” most diseases, both of the mind and body, aren’t stable throughout a persons life. it’s not a loophole, you’re just not smart enough for these ideas.

Violins are Instraments
@shitbysam @Anxious4Lyfe @lostmyliberal @SaraHigdon He was competent enough to eat, sleep, breathe, obtain a murder weapon and murder a woman in cold blood. Then he left the scene and took his jacket off to alter his appearance. He knew what he did was wrong and was competent for all his other trials. It’s a loophole.

@arenty_ @Anxious4Lyfe @lostmyliberal @SaraHigdon part of due process is making sure one is competent enough for the process. if they are not, it’s not due process. you’re arguing against due process and can’t even comprehend it. and our votes count the same!

Violins are Instraments
@Anxious4Lyfe @lostmyliberal @SaraHigdon Who said anything about skipping due process? So weird when people like you assume we are skipping the due process part. Get a judge, jury and trial. Chop chop. Should take 3 months from crime to execution when it’s on camera.

actually the reason my friends and i have never done something like that is 100% because of our lack of flexibility and i would be totally down it seems fun. why are we thinking so hard about a split second shot. i would also love to rob a house dressed up with my friends

“It’s girls being girls!” Ah yes because us girls like doing hand stand splits in lingerie while our besties shoot pool balls between our legs in our free time 💀 Totally not right out of a male fantasy This is not an original concept for a popstar so the denial is odd to me

@DrDoolittle412 Wealthy women have always availed themselves to domestic staff. If you can't imagine the women in your life not cleaning it is because you are poor and come from peasant lineage. Women of class do not clean.

Men don’t understand, letting the cleaners step into an unkept house is the ghetto. They’re there to do the nitty gritty like scrubbing the toilets and deep clean the floors, counter tops and walls, not to pick up your dirty underwear off the floor 😭
vittorio@IterIntellectus

> be wife > weak up early at 6am > "i need to clean the house, the cleaners are coming" > spends two hours pre-cleaning for the people she's paying to clean > cleaners arrive to a clean house > clean it again for 2 hours > get paid > leave women are such fascinating creatures
