You cannot feel 20 in your 30’s/avoid destruction with any form of exercise.
I was a state champion gymnast and waterpolo player before I was 20 (so the fittest and strongest a female can be basically) I ate healthy and I still couldn’t slow aging with diet and exercise. I’ve slowed it down on mega dosing EPA/DHA.
I’m still doing this alone now and I’m not sure why.
I mean we know it works in a human.

You can’t stop the clock from ticking, but you can make the most of the time you have left. As for me, I’m feeling and performing better than ever at 55—and I plan to keep turning the screws ever-tighter. I suggest you do the same… starting now. Your 55-year-old self will thank you.
